Q: What information do I need to provide to create my Hero Book?
A: The child’s first name, last name, hair colour, birthday and gender, the first names, last names and genders of two friends, plus the child’s favourite sporting team and jersey number.

Q: Can my Hero Book feature an international sporting team?
A: At this stage, Hero Books is restricted to Australian sporting teams only, although we are working on a wider story base.

Q: Can I purchase more than one Hero Book at a time?
A: Yes! Once you have completed the order process, there will be an option to create additional books before paying.

Q: Can I order by post?
A: Yes! Simply print off the order form (or forms, if you want more than one book), fill it out, and mail it with your cheque or payment details to:

Q: Can I order by phone?
A: Sorry, but Hero Books does not accept purchases over the phone.

Q: How long will it take for my Hero Book to arrive?
A: Your Hero Book should arrive within 15 working days, although Hero Books takes no responsibility for any delay caused by the postal system.
